THE PROCESS

FIVE STEPS

At JamesValé, we follow a five-step process to ensure our candidates reach their highest potential. We recognise your experience and unique attributes to find the most suited positions. From application through to employment and follow-ups, these are the five steps to every one of our selected candidate's success.

STEP ONE

candidate application

Submit your details through the registration page or alternatively apply today through our current vacancies page. Direct enquiries by telephone and e-mail are also welcome. Additionally, you can submit your application by applying for positions advertised on the relevant job boards. Once your application has been received, including the receipt of your current resume, we will inform you of your application progress throughout the entire recruitment process.

 

 We do not charge any recruitment service fees to candidates.

STEP TWO

registration & interview

Following your application being shortlisted for the applied position, you will be contacted by a specialised consultant familiar with the position and your area of expertise. Our consultant will assess your experience, skills and personal strengths to ascertain the potential that you have for the position.

 

Our consultants can also offer tips on appropriate resume writing and your career profile. Additionally, we will introduce you to alternative career opportunities that match your skill set and interests.

STEP THREE

candidate interview with employer

After you have been interviewed by one of our consultants and have been successful in progressing, you will be further placed in a second shortlist before being presented to our client the employer. At this stage, your resume will be submitted, your references completed and an interview organised between you and the employer.

 

Prior to and after the interview, your consultant will maintain contact with you and provide you with any information, or relevant reviews from the employer to progress you through to the next stage.

 

STEP FOUR

confirmation of offer & commencement of employment

Our consultant will contact you again once an offer of employment is made, and assist you through any necessary negotiation of details or working conditions; including start date and salary. Our consultant will provide you with a preliminary offer detailed in writing by email, which requires your approval in order to proceed. We will assist you throughout the process and support you in making a smooth transition to your new employer.

STEP FIVE

follow up after commencement

After you commence with your new employer, we take the time to follow up with you in the case there are any issues that we can assist to resolve. 

 

Furthermore, we aim to support you to ensure the duration of employment is extended to your greatest potential for the benefit of yourself and the employer and to further see you progress within your career.
